Our Client Partner is an Electrical Distributor looking to add a VP of Marketing to join their leadership team. This person will develop high-level strategic decisions on growing the company and determining goals, road maps, and budgets. They will also develop and implement marketing tactics through social media, PR & communication strategies. This person will identify and evaluate other growth opportunities like retargeting, retention ads, collaborations and partnerships. This person will report to the Sr. VP of Sales  and will also have their own team of Regional Marketing Managers. This company is a strong, long-standing national leader in the industry with ample opportunity for upward mobility.

  • Flexible approach to problem solving. Creative, resourceful, and willing to think independently
  • Critical thinking in the development of recommendations
  • Extremely well organized, capable of prioritizing and delegating as appropriate, willing to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work within a matrix organization
  • Leadership and mentoring skills – responsible of product and market management person within the group

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business. MBA preferred
  • 10 to 15 years’ experience in Product Management or Marketing is typically required
  • Experience in multi-faceted digital marketing
  • Past involvement and experience in CRM systems
