Outside Sales

Description

A privately held and quickly expanding electrical manufacturer is looking to hire a territory sales representative to inherit a multi-million dollar book of business with premier distributors and OEMS. The territory will cover the greater Chicago and Milwaukee market and will sell low-voltage electrical products. The ideal candidate is an experienced and independent outside sales person with knowledge in circuit breakers and other low-voltage products and can ‘solution sell’. This is a highly visible role, reporting directly to the VP of sales, and requires someone who can self motivate to plan out their own schedule.

Requirements

  • Previous outside salesperson experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment
  • Excellent time management skills and is self-motivated
  • Experience selling to industrial customers
  • Low-voltage product knowledge
