Industrial Outside Sales

Description

Independent and highly recognized manufacturing rep is seeking to hire an Outside Sales representative to serve the industrial/OEM market and entrust with their top manufacturing line. This position is a significant part of the company’s growth and will serve a large territory near the LA Market. The company has 13-15 inside sales individuals to assist the Outside Sales Rep in their sales efforts. There is heavy support from upper management and inside sales to help this individual become successful. They will sell to 80% OEM’s/Industrial accounts and 20% to  electrical distribution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in electrical outside sales
  • Knowledgeable with the industrial and OEM market
  • Relationship building and quick learner
  • Ability to travel to customers 75% of the year
  • Ability to travel to product training and will specialize in specific lines
  • Proven ability to build a BOB and successful returning business
